2019年１２月16日に契約。 これで今年は４軒目の物件取得。
今回の鉾田の物件が室内がとても綺麗で海が見渡せるオーシャンフロント物件。
壁の汚れやウッドデッキの破損があるので補修する楽しみが増えた。
随時色々と補修内容などUP予定。
3月中にはオープン予定！
